Susan K. Rogers


Susan is inspired by the disappearing landscape that is being clamed by urban sprawl. She creates representational paintings that preserve these quiet and reflective scenes. She strives for a certain mood that may help slow the fast pace of our everyday lives. Recent works include layers of torn paper, gold, silver and copper leaf and soft pastel which allows for more texture and variety. "Always growing, learning and meeting new challenges keep the art world a very interesting place!"
